How to check in
Before you check in, we will give you separate codes for the front door and the lockers in our lobby, where the apartment key is located. After that it is only one floor to your room! However, it would be advisable to briefly watch the attached video.
Check-in / Check-out information
From 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm we offer personal check-in. However, in order to provide you with the greatest possible comfort, you also have the option of using self-check-in.
Your check-out will be no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. We would ask you to leave the room in a timely manner. You can conveniently leave the keys on the dining table in the room. Our cleaning team will take care of the room cleaning shortly after.
FAQ
I´ve lost my key - what now?
Please contact us by phone and we will make sure you get access to your room again quickly. However, we have to charge you a fee of 35 € for the lock change.
Are towels available?
No, you need to bring your own. You can clean them in our washroom. We also offer for sale if needed, useful items such as fresh toothbrushes, toothpaste or dishwashing detergent.
I´d like to extend my room.
Of course, however, we would ask you to inform us 24 hours before your scheduled check-out.

Where can I get household helpers for my room?
Feel free to contact our team on site, or give us a call. We can provide you with fresh bed linen, toilet paper, cleaning products or a vacuum cleaner.
